The Competency benchmarking and measuring programme and system provides Associates with effective research based, results oriented tools to identify, measure and develop competencies at all levels in organisations.
On completion of the programme Associates will be certified in the implementation of the system. Further international accreditation can be achieved through an examination.

Positions are very difficult to analyse because different people see the job differently. There are three main different ways people view a position. The Job questionnaire helps sort out these biases and get to the real performance issues’.
