The Management Competency Programme

This programme provides Associates with a self-contained comprehensive programme that focuses on equipping Consultants/Associates with high levels of personal mastery and interpersonal effectiveness and leads into aspects of team building. This programme is designed for Associates, Consultants their staff and clients.

The first stage helps participants to focus on personal and professional development relevant to current and future challenges. It helps develop personal strategies to overcome obstacles, and to identify and adopt the best means to achieve longer-term goals. The programme challenges current thinking and provides a framework for exploring new possibilities, methodologies and opportunities to achieve results in a more efficient manner. It helps develop self-responsibility and self-reliance, creativity, assertiveness and highly positive attitudes to what can be achieved in all situations.

The second stage gives a deeper understanding of personality. Insights into natural styles, hidden motivators and learned practices helps tailor individual behaviour and communication style to suit the needs and preferences of key people. This is a key interpersonal competency for maximising interactions with clients, team members, staff and others.
