Eight Costs to Poor Communication
Score the effects (problems) for your business on the right hand side. Then look at the possible causes on the left hand side. Are the effects (the actual conditions) directly related to the causes? Are you struggling with the effects and not giving enough consideration to the causes? Consider this: ‘All causes walk on two feet. Most causes are mental. Conditions are effects’.

he purpose of this exercise is to help identify a cause and effect relationship. When the causes and effects are clear, focus all your attention on solutions and the decision making process (steps 3-7).
