Employers Feedback on Graduate

There is an interesting article by John Walshe Education Editor of the Irish Independent in the paper on Monday 11 October 2010.
Survey results from AHECS showing graduate shortfalls from the employers’ view state:
The top two hard skills deficit are:
1. Writing skills 51.8%
2. Leadership skills 36%

Top two Soft Skills deficit
1. Communication 55.4%
2. Independent Working 32.2%

What a pity students are not taught the critical skills
needed for success in business and life!
