Finding Your Talents
Understand the blockages, resistance, and self sabotage that you may have engaged in up to this point. What’s stopping you? Why are your brakes on, what’s your choke point, your fatal flaw? Why are you hiding your talents?
Understand that there are two critical dimensions to Crossing the Rubicon.
- First, the psychological dimension is about who you are, your intentions and the energisers – the reasons why – that motivate you.
- Second, the technical competencies – what you do – are equally important. Finding compatibility between what you do and who you are is the key to finding your talents.
Invest 5% of net income per annum in your own learning and life enhancement. Invest with the long term in mind. Invest in the four dimensions of your life:
- physical
- intellectual
- emotional
- spiritual
