You can’t be everything to everybody.
When we ask Business Owners/Managers this question, about their ideal customer, we know immediately based on their answer, what kind of Business Owners/Managers we are working with and what level of success they are most likely to have.
If you haven’t figured out who your ideal customer is, we can bet you are not as effective nor as profitable as you could be. You also, most likely have a lot of wasted energy and time associated with customer acquisition, and project delivery, resulting in more unprofitable customers.
Knowing who your ideal customers are, will provide you with greater clarity for you and your business and will make you more effective and profitable. When you know you are working with your “ideal customer” you will see a difference in you and your business, you will be happier, and more successful.
Take the time to figure out all the characteristics that determine your ideal customers.
Compare all potential customers to this list of characteristics. Engage on a personal and business branding that focuses on attracting your ideal customers to you, thus reducing your cost of acquisition in your business, because you will stop wasting time, money and energy on the wrong customers and only focus on the “right or ideal” customers.
