Never enough time to do everything cannot get to the important things, snowed under with details and trivia. Lots of ideas but not enough resources to put them into place … lots of rework, mistakes and stress!! This is the challenge for too many people.

Every minute spent in planning will save you 10 minutes in execution.

Prioritise and plan your day, week, month, quarter and year in advance.

Don’t be a busy fool … be a time effective leader. Become a chronic list maker – manage and work your life and work by lists. ‘If you value your life, waste not your time, as that is the stuff of life’ is how one sage put it.

Decide right now that you are going to become a ‘Time Master’ not a time victim. Get a planner/diary, plan your work and work your plans. Priority management is Rubicon management.
