The Life Management Programme: Exploring Solutions to Home/Work Challenges

THE FACTS

Professionals are stretched as never before! A faster pace, more time travelling, excessive expectations squash out precious time at home. Marriages, partnerships, children and the family are also under pressure as never before! Today, the big question is: How do you get the balance right between your personal/family purpose and your professional/business ambitions?

THE IDEA

The Life-Management Programme provides time, space and an opportunity to explore what the reality is, how it could/should be, and what to do about it in terms of “managing” the career, business, personal and family dimensions.

THE PROCESS

The programme will combine fundamental human potential principles and ‘live’ experiences. An expert facilitator will lead the group to their own fountain of wisdom and best ways to integrate improvement strategies at home and/or at work.

THE PROCEDURE

The programme will take place over three weekends spread over three months, to include Friday evening, (6.00pm – 8.30pm) and Saturday morning (9.00am – 1.00pm).
