Taking Control

When there is so much on your plate, with a lot of complicated projects and too many demands on your time and resources, it is easy to feel out of control, stressed and even burnt out. The ‘overwhelm phenomenon’ is like a virus in our world.

Take Control

People are happy to the degree to which they feel they are in control of their lives and the circumstances in which they find themselves.

Take control of the controllables – the internal forces that you can manage and leave the external forces that are outside your control to their own course.

This is your life. Decide what you can do, set a plan and take the necessary action to put yourself back in the driving seat of your life and work.

Positive purposeful action is the antidote to stress and learned helplessness.
